Broadvoice | GoContact, a global leader in AI-powered customer experience technology, announced the promotion of Malachi Threadgill to Chief Marketing Officer.
Threadgill, who joined the company in 2023, will lead the company’s global marketing strategy, unifying its brand and messaging across its UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI portfolio while strengthening its partner-first go-to-market strategy worldwide.
In his new role, Threadgill will be responsible for driving integrated brand, demand generation, and partner enablement initiatives that support the company’s vision to deliver intelligent, seamless customer experiences through its cloud communications platforms.
Since joining Broadvoice | GoContact, Threadgill has built a global marketing organization, advanced the company’s partner enablement strategy, and aligned marketing efforts around the company’s AI innovation roadmap.
Prior to joining the company, he served as a Principal Analyst at Forrester, advising both Fortune 500 and emerging technology companies on account-based marketing, revenue marketing platforms, and marketing automation. His career also includes senior marketing leadership roles at Masergy and ANPI.
Threadgill’s appointment marks the company’s third executive addition in 2025, underscoring the company’s ongoing investment in leadership, partner enablement, and AI-driven innovation.
